Discussing your appointment
Empty cupboards and drawers close to the cutting area and clear the route into the kitchen. Agree the stone appointment before scheduling the final appliance installation around it. Different materials need realistic finish expectations Natural stone and engineered stone do not respond identically to polishing. A dull patch on one surface may need a different treatment from a stain on another. On engineered stone, sanding may alter the factory sheen, and a complete-benchtop protection-film solution may be considered for a consistent appearance.

Book for your actual property and scope Include the full address and note stairs, apartment rules or restricted access when a time is being arranged. If the job is part of a larger renovation, say which surfaces are being kept. A standard repair quote should not be used as a price for a new slab, waterfall panel or complete supply-and-install job. Minor chip repair: $450 + GST minimum call-out ($495 including GST). Prices refer to the individual standard scope; combined jobs and unusual work are quoted separately. Cutting uses controlled wet-cutting methods.
