A good quote explains the preparation, the products and the finish. We publish our starting prices because you should know what to budget—and what you’re paying for.

Material selection, preparation and finishing are part of the repair.
OUR STONE REPAIR PROCESS
Prepare the damage. Rebuild the missing stone. Refine the shape. Finish with care.

We clean and prepare the damaged area, consider previous filler and protect the surrounding work area for the agreed repair.

We select suitable repair materials, carefully match the colour and rebuild the missing area rather than covering the damage with a surface touch-up.

The repair is shaped flush and refined to follow the original edge, radius or surface profile, with attention to texture and detail.

We finish the repaired area as appropriate to the stone, check the result and explain the care needed before returning it to everyday use.

ADVICE BEFORE YOU BOOK
A colour match is only part of the result. Shape, sheen, translucency and the way light falls on the edge can all reveal a repaired area.
Read moreThe decision depends on stability, location and the result you need. Filling a line does not automatically resolve why it formed.
Read moreWe do not promise factory repolishing of existing engineered stone. Sanding changes its original sheen, which can leave a visible patch.

Read all repair FAQsOur approach combines qualified trade skills, materials selected for the repair, careful preparation, attention to the finished profile and a clear explanation of the result. Compare those details and the complete scope when choosing who will work on your stone.
We aim to reduce the visual impact through colour matching and careful shaping. Pattern, translucency and sheen can remain different, so an invisible result is not guaranteed.
Some cracks are suitable for resin filling after the stone and support are assessed. The repair remains visible. Long cracks, movement or unstable sections may make replacement the more appropriate choice.
We do not promise factory repolishing after sanding. For suitable surface treatment, full-section gloss protection film may be proposed for consistency. An uncovered waterfall or adjoining section can still look different.
