Prices you can see. Work you can understand.
Publishing our starting prices gives you a useful budget before you contact us. Our price reflects the preparation, materials, colour matching and finishing needed for the agreed repair. We explain what is included and any appearance limits, then confirm the scope in writing. You can compare the work as well as the number.
A useful starting point
Standard chip repair starts from $450 + GST ($495 total). Additional small chips may add $100 + GST ($110 total) and larger chips $150 + GST ($165 total). Joint repair starts from $550 + GST ($605 total), with additional joints typically $150–$200 + GST ($165–$220 total) each. Crack repairs start from $790 + GST ($869 total) and remain visible.
Material-specific costs
Porcelain has an additional $100 + GST ($110 total) per chip and a visible-result limitation. Suitable small engineered-stone stain or burn surface treatment starts from $690 + GST ($759 total); full-section protection film is additional and quoted for the actual coverage. Sanding does not recreate the engineered-stone factory sheen.
Cutting and related work
Standard cooktop or sink cutting starts from $690 + GST ($759 total) per cut. Tap-hole drilling starts from $450 + GST ($495 total). The material, access, finishing and fitting details are assessed through the cutting scope. Appliance connection and plumbing are separate unless explicitly included.
Your final quote
Travel, restricted access, larger damaged areas, previous repairs and additional support can affect the price. Send the full scope and address so the written quote identifies what is included. Unlisted restoration and protection work is individually assessed rather than assigned a one-size-fits-all price.
Questions, answered.
Why do you publish your prices?
We believe customers should have a useful starting budget and understand the work behind the price. We are confident in our workmanship and explain the repair scope before booking.
Is the starting price my final quote?
The starting price applies to the stated standard scope. Material, additional damage, access, travel and separate work can affect the final price. Your written quotation confirms the complete scope and total before booking.
What if I have a cheaper quote?
Compare the same damage, preparation, materials, finished profile, appearance limits and aftercare. A lower price can reflect a different scope or operating costs; it does not prove poor workmanship. Ask what is included and decide on the complete proposal.
How is GST shown?
We display the base amount plus GST alongside the corresponding GST-inclusive total. Both refer to the same starting scope; your written quote confirms the total payable for the agreed work.
