Start with the repair handover
The technician should explain when the repaired area can be used, cleaned and loaded. A surface that looks finished is not automatically ready for every treatment. The cure requirements belong to the chosen system. Keep the instructions with the job details and share them with everyone using the kitchen, including cleaners, tenants or property managers.
Protect vulnerable edges
Use chopping boards and suitable heat protection, and keep heavy cookware clear of exposed edges. A new repair does not make the rest of the stone immune to impact. If appliance alignment or another repeated-contact issue contributed to damage, arrange the separate correction discussed in the scope. Repeated knocks can affect original stone as well as a repaired area.
Follow the correct care guide
Caesarstone recommends mild soapy water and a clean cloth for routine care of its mineral surfaces, along with heat protection. Product-specific guidance can differ for porcelain and other finishes. Do not assume one branded cleaner suits every material, covering or fresh repair. Check the guidance for the installed product and the instructions supplied for the repair.
If the appearance changes
Send clear photographs and the original repair details before applying another product. Describe the change and when it occurred. A new mark beside a patch may concern the stone, a coating or a separate impact rather than the repair itself. The next step should be based on that information, not an unplanned abrasive treatment.
