Identify the joint problem
A failed adhesive line may be cleaned and renewed where the stone remains sound and stable. A height difference, moving cabinet or broken edge can require a different approach. Photograph along the joint in side lighting as well as from above, with a wider view showing the cabinet layout.

Re-gluing and finishing
Suitable joints are prepared and refilled with an appropriate colour-matched system. The aim is a neat, practical seam, not to erase every visible join. Veining, existing gaps and the finish on each piece remain part of the appearance. We do not promise to grind engineered stone back to its original factory sheen.
Starting costs
Joint repair starts from $550 + GST. Additional joints are typically an extra $150–$200 + GST each, depending on their condition and scope. Support or cabinet work, removal and complicated alignment need a separate assessment.

When another trade is needed
If the base cabinets have moved, repairing adhesive alone may be short-lived. Tell us about recent plumbing, appliance replacement or renovations. Where a waterfall joint is unstable or cannot be made sound in place, replacement may be recommended.

Questions, answered.
How do I get a repair quote?
Send one full-benchtop photo, close-ups of the damage, your suburb and the material name if known. Include a ruler beside the damage and tell us about any previous repair.
Will the repair be invisible?
Results depend on material, colour, damage and lighting. Colour matching aims to reduce the visual impact. Cracks and porcelain repairs remain visible; no repair is promised to be invisible.
