Give the team the information needed before travel
Mention a waste unit, double bowl, previous re-bonding and any cabinet obstruction. If plumbing needs to be disconnected, coordination should be settled before the service date. The standard scope re-fits the existing sink with suitable bonding and support; it does not include a new bowl. Brisbane scheduling, address suitability and any travel or additional work are confirmed in writing before booking.
What the standard existing-sink service includes
The starting scope is removal, preparation and reinstallation of your existing undermount sink using suitable bonding and support. It does not supply a new sink. The existing bowl, opening, bonding faces and cabinet access need to be suitable for the proposed method. Additional support, new sink supply, plumbing, cutout changes and other stone or cabinet repairs are separate unless specifically agreed. Your written quotation confirms the work, any additional costs and the amount payable before booking.
Request a sink quote with useful photos
On the enquiry form, select Dropped Undermount Sink Repair under Job Type. Upload a full-benchtop view, a close-up of the rim gap and pictures of the sink underside, support and plumbing. Include dimensions, your suburb and postcode, whether the bowl is connected or leaking and any previous repair. Do not pull on or dismantle a loose sink for a photograph. After a re-fit, follow the stated curing period before use.
