If the existing bowl is to stay, photograph the mounting faces and cabinet clearance underneath. If the bowl is to change, send the proposed model before work is planned; the benchtop opening cannot be assumed to suit it.
Arrange the sequence when other trades are involved
If cabinetry or plumbing is being changed at the same time, tell us who is handling those tasks and when clear access will be available. Note any narrow access, stairs or parking restrictions. Inner West attendance is address-confirmed. The standard starting price concerns removal, preparation and reinstallation of the existing bowl; a new sink, cutout alterations and plumbing are separate unless the written scope includes them.
What the standard existing-sink service includes
The starting scope is removal, preparation and reinstallation of your existing undermount sink using suitable bonding and support. It does not supply a new sink. The existing bowl, opening, bonding faces and cabinet access need to be suitable for the proposed method. Additional support, new sink supply, plumbing, cutout changes and other stone or cabinet repairs are separate unless specifically agreed. Your written quotation confirms the work, any additional costs and the amount payable before booking.
Request a sink quote with useful photos
On the enquiry form, select Dropped Undermount Sink Repair under Job Type. Upload a full-benchtop view, a close-up of the rim gap and pictures of the sink underside, support and plumbing. Include dimensions, your suburb and postcode, whether the bowl is connected or leaking and any previous repair. Do not pull on or dismantle a loose sink for a photograph. After a re-fit, follow the stated curing period before use.

Does the Inner West starting price include a new sink?
No. From $990 + GST covers the standard removal, preparation and reinstallation of the existing sink with suitable bonding and support. New sink supply, plumbing and additional work are separate unless agreed.
What should I do before the sink repair is booked?
Stop loading or using a loose sink, send photos from above and underneath without disturbing it, and tell us about leaks and connected plumbing. Arrange any required plumber and building access once the written scope and date are confirmed.
