Keep a new bowl request separate from a dropped-sink repair
If you are also considering a different sink, attach its model information and dimensions. Reinstalling the existing bowl and changing the bowl are different scopes; a new model cannot be assumed to match the stone opening. What the standard existing-sink service includes
The starting scope is removal, preparation and reinstallation of your existing undermount sink using suitable bonding and support. It does not supply a new sink. Additional support, new sink supply, plumbing, cutout changes and other stone or cabinet repairs are separate unless specifically agreed. Include dimensions, your suburb and postcode, whether the bowl is connected or leaking and any previous repair. Do not pull on or dismantle a loose sink for a photograph. After a re-fit, follow the stated curing period before use.
