Plan for access and the stated curing period
Tell us about previous repairs, attached waste units and cabinet access. If plumbing or other trades need to be coordinated, agree the sequence before attendance. The sink must remain within the curing and use restrictions explained for the selected system after reinstallation. Sunshine Coast scheduling, travel and any additional support are confirmed in the written scope; supplying a new sink is not part of the standard existing-bowl repair.
What the standard existing-sink service includes
The starting scope is removal, preparation and reinstallation of your existing undermount sink using suitable bonding and support. It does not supply a new sink. The existing bowl, opening, bonding faces and cabinet access need to be suitable for the proposed method. Additional support, new sink supply, plumbing, cutout changes and other stone or cabinet repairs are separate unless specifically agreed. Your written quotation confirms the work, any additional costs and the amount payable before booking.

After a re-fit, follow the stated curing period before use.

What should I do before the sink repair is booked?
Stop loading or using a loose sink, send photos from above and underneath without disturbing it, and tell us about leaks and connected plumbing. Arrange any required plumber and building access once the written scope and date are confirmed.
